True to the name, SAGRA is a celebration. We strive to source and celebrate height-of-season produce, Wisconsin dairy, locally milled flours and humanely raised meats.  We know our farmers, and when dining at our restaurant you can expect us to follow suit by investing the utmost attention and care into every dish that we produce. SAGRA was conceived to provide a creative outlet for our chef and owner, Mitchel Weber. It has since grown from a Pop-Up to a full-fledged restaurant and continures to serve as a creative space for a team of cooks and chefs alike.
